Dear ListServe Members:
I'm moving to a home where I'll be lacking wall space because it has a plethora of windows, including Palladian floor-to-ceiling ones. Therefore it's with a heavy heart that I have to give up most of my collection of 16 oil paintings. All but two are by world-renowned Hungarian artists, the rest by famous European artists of other nationalities. Each painting is set in expensive, gilt-edged frames.
They're a variety of sizes from tiny up to imposing. Some or all are sure to fit your home. And the themes vary.
I'm also selling a framed original etching by a British artist as well as a nearly 200-year-old English lambskin parchment land deed with traditional red wax seal.
This would be a terrific, coincidental acquisition by someone of the same surname as one of the signatories on the deed! It would also be excellent hanging in the office or home of a realtor, history buff or antique aficionado.
I'm moving on December 15th so it would be foolish for me to waste time packing the aforementioned art works. Therefore I welcome serious prospective buyers to my current home.
