[Unicum] Follow up: Collecting unwanted household items, used furniture etc for single refugee mom who is relocating

Dear All:

Thank you very much for all the donation and help many of you offered. Sorry for the slow communication, I got sick :(

We are getting so many donations from Sterling to Bethesda, from Montgomery Village to Burtonsville that we need to do some smart planning to avoid driving back and forth for the pick ups and we are trying to organize everybody for possible the same day because we are going to rent a truck.

So, here is the plan:

Everybody, please gather your things together, put the smaller items in trash bags or boxes.  Depending on where you live, I can come and get it, or arrange a pick up for you.
You can leave the things in front of your entrance door if you don't want to be bothered and somebody will pick it up.

Those of you, who are donating furniture, large or heavy items, please get it ready for this weekend, we are shooting for a Sunday pick up (to give you enough time on Saturday to get ready) but please do let us know if Saturday works better for you.  We are trying to rent a truck in the morning and return it at night.

If your things are in the basement or upstairs, we would need those to be moved to the entrance level because we are not professional movers and don't have special equipment (or we can move it together).

Please contact me with your addresses so that we can start planning a route.

Im hoping that Sunday will work for everybody.

Thanks again for all of your help! :)
