Subject: Volunteers Needed: Major League Soccer All Star Game 2023

 

Would you like to be a part of the pre-game ceremonies for the 2023 MLS All Star Game on July 19th? Information below!

 

Where: Audi Field, 100 Potomac Ave, SW, Washington DC 20024.

 

What will my role be? Our pre-game show is confidential, but by signing on as a volunteer we promise you will be part of something awesome and responsible for energizing the 20,000 fans in Audi Field and millions of viewers tuning in on Apple TV.

 

Rehearsal Schedule: Saturday, July 15^th 3-10pm and Sunday, July 16^th, 3-11pm. All rehearsals are mandatory to be a part of our show. Meals will be provided.

 

Game Day Schedule (Wednesday, July 19^th):

8:30am-2pm Rehearsal (meals will be provided and there will be a break from 11 to 11:30am)

2-5pm BREAK - please stay near Audi Field or allow adequate time to leave and come back

5-7:30pm Dinner and set for the show!

8pm SHOW TIME

8:45pm Enjoy the match!

 

Perks: You will receive 1-ticket to the sold-out All-Star Game where the best from MLS will face off against Arsenal from the Premier League. Your job is done after the match begins and our elements are moved out of the stadium, so you will be able to enjoy almost the entire match!

 

Attire: For rehearsals it's going to be HOT. Shorts and t-shirts are acceptable so long as they aren't competing sports leagues/brands (no Nike, no NBA, etc.) and are appropriate and tidy looking. Sneakers are mandatory. For the match, please wear black pants and black or dark colored shoes (Adidas or unbranded preferred). We will provide you with a t-shirt for the event.
