[SCOW] Ms. Ellie spinnaker ring

Sailors,

At yesterday's maintenance day workshop, we removed Ms. Ellie's
spinnaker ring, which is where the spinnaker pole attaches to the
front of the mast, and which we also use to secure the spinnaker
topping lift, downhaul, and the main halyard shackle when not in use.
Ms. Ellie is still in service but you will not be able to use the
spinnaker with her until we replace the ring. In the meantime, just
secure the spinnaker topping lift and downhaul to each other, and when
the main halyard is not in use secure her to the pin at the gooseneck
that holds the tack of the mainsail.

Regards,

Charles
Ms. Ellie Bosun
