No "vaccine passport" yet.
Everyone is quarantined for 10 days, but it can be ended by 2 negative PCR tests. Best thing to do is to get done 1 test in the USA and the second is at Budapest airport (20K Forint). Tests have to be within 5 days, and spaced out 48 hours from each other.
In addition, United requires a negative test shown before boarding too. Inconsistent policy, Lufthansa did not ask for it. Just better to be prepared.
