Casting Notice; Lions of Industry, Mothers of Invention, Directed by Jeremy Hunter

Discovery Theater is seeking three (3) energetic performers to portray multiple African American historical figures in this educational piece honoring the creativity and genius of African American inventors and entrepreneurs, featuring the stories of George Washington Carver, Madame C.J. Walker, Booker T. Washington, and many more!
This piece will perform at the Smithsonian, as well as tour to multiple DMV schools, libraries, and community centers in February 2024. Must be available for weekday, daytime rehearsals, and performances. All performers must be 18+. All rehearsals, training, and performances are PAID.
