Nem tudom, hogy az Egyesult Allamokrol van e szo de itt USA-ban letezik az "E.A.": vagyis "Enrolled Agent". Az  Enrolled Agent (Beiratkozott Ugynok) egy okleveles konyvelo (Certified Public Accountant, roviditve C.P.A.). Nem mindegyik konyvelo okleveles es csak a Beiratkozott Ugynok fajta konyvelo van jogosulva arra, hogy a birosag elott kepviselje az embert ado ugyekben. 

En alkalmazok ado kesziteshoz egy illetot aki (1) C.P.A. (Okleveles Konyvelo) es  (2) Certified Financial Planner (Minositett Penzugyi Tervezo  ), (3) raadasul Tax Attorney (Adougyved).

A C.P.A.-nek bonyolult kerdesekben az adougyveddel kell ertekezni mert limitalt az adotorveny ismerete. Neha beporlik a C.P.A.-t a kuncsaftjaval egyutt. En ilyesmit nem kockaztatok es azert alkalmazok adougyvedet jovedelmado elkeszitesehez..
