Tudtommal nem az állampolgárság határozza meg , fizetsz adót és hol ! Hanem az a döntő hol csinálsz jövedelmet és a jövedelem évi értéke ! Államközi egyezségek léteznek, amelyben ezek is szabályozva vannak  ! Például egy kettős állampolgár Amerikai és Magyar ha Magyarországon csinálja a jövedelmét ott szokott adózni de amerikába is köteles jelenteni és fordítva is így működik !

Abban az esetben is u.ez a helyzet ha nem állampolgár csak munkavállalási  céllal van itt azaz ott !
