GALVANIZE: Monologue Competition

Hi, Galvanize Family!

**LOOKING FOR ACTORS OF AFRICAN/AFRICAN-AMERICAN/AFRICAN-LATINX DESCENT**

Here is a chance to win a little money, and hopefully have a little fun, while we practice social distancing. I have written a comedic monologue for a character of African descent (any gender identity or age group is welcome to participate). Interested persons will be sent the monologue and will have until Monday, April 27, 12pm to make a video performing the piece.

Modest cash rewards will go to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. $30 for 1st place, $20 for 2nd and $10 for 3rd. Their videos will also be shared on social media.

The videos will be judged by a select group of dope artists, and the winners will be announced Wednesday, April 29. Cash rewards will be disbursed via Paypal, Cashapp or Venmo.
