Dear Jim,
One of the things I'm most thankful for this Thanksgiving are the incredible leadership opportunities I have through Mobilize.org. I am fortunate to be invited to share my experiences as a Millennial in many different settings, but often find that I am the youngest person in the room, the "youth" person speaking on a panel or one of the few tweeters at a convening. Mobilize.org is working to ensure that a diverse set of Millennial voices and innovative ideas are being heard.  That's why we're excited to announce the launch of the Mobilizer Academy, a twelve month intensive leadership development program that is open to all the Millennials in our network.This national program will include two in-person convenings, monthly virtual trainings and mentorship to support the work that Millennial leaders are doing across the country to improve their communities.
