Thanks in particular to Ginny, Mark, Tom, John, Luis and our Scot bosuns all four of our Flying Scots have passed their Vessel Safety Checks today! What a fantastic service for the club and incredible volunteers! Here's info about the program: http://www.cgaux.org/vsc/
We intend to continue to make improvements on our Scots and also to ensure our cruisers pass inspection. Thanks to the great folks who are helping! To lend a hand just shoot an email. We could use volunteers to help labeling gear, painting woodwork, and more. On that note, please let me know if you have an engraver we can use to mark SCOW gear.
A huge thanks to our volunteers who are helping in other areas, too! From social sails, to training, to finance and communications and more, there are wonderful folks doing hard work to make the club so enjoyable. Kudos on your good work!
