The Kossuth Foundation continues to offer multi-level Hungarian language classes in the DC area. We have classes for beginner, intermediate, and advanced adult students starting at the end of the month or early October. We have offered an introductory class for three semesters, and are considering offering a second semester beginner class to continue their work in the basic skills, or possibly offering a beginner class for those who want to start from the beginning depending on the level of interest. Our intermediate class is for those who speak some Hungarian but need help with building their vocabulary and grammar. Our advanced class is for those who have a good understanding of the language but still would like help with conversation, reading, writing and grammar. The advanced class will meet on Thursday evenings and is planning to start on September 24th, the intermediate class has been meeting Monday evenings and may start on September the 21st or 28th. The beginner classes are still in development, and will start in early October. The start date will depend on the number of students interested and at what level.
