Dear Jim,  Mobilize is excited to announce that the Mobilizer Academy Program is coming to DC and Philadelphia in 2014! The Mobilizer Academy  The Mobilizer Academy equips Millennials with the skills and resources they need to become entrepreneurial and civic leaders. The Academy is a 13 week in-person and virtual program designed to train Millennials to realize their leadership potential and create and implement successful social ventures to address community needs. Participants work toward recognizing social challenges and finding solutions by connecting personal passions to create social change. The Mobilizer Academy will benefit:  • Those who are open to new ways of thinking about social issues and social change • Young people who want to find solutions to social problems they face in their communities • Young people who are curious and/or may wish to test their ideas about social innovation  • Employees of nonprofit organizations, foundations, corporations, and social change agents • Those that have a passion for social change but have not yet crystallized their ideas If you interested or know some one that would be a great fit for the Mobilizer Academy please send this along.  We have a limited number of spots available for the Mobilizer Academy so APPLY NOW.  Application Deadline:  Philly - Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014 at midnight EST.  DC - Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014 at midnight EST.  Apply today! More information can be found at Mobilizer Academy.    Scott Stein Executive Director   PS – I'm not asking for money, but if I were and you wanted to give a little something to support our Millennial-led projects I wouldn't mind. $10, $15 or $25 goes a long way.   PPS – Click to Connect: "Like" us on Facebook and Follow us on our Twitter feed.
